Abstract [en]

This study explores the impact of immersive elements in language learning games on English learning motivation. The study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze popular language learning games, identify important game elements, and evaluate their impact on game immersion through questionnaire surveys, in order to further assess their influence on language learning motivation.

In addition, the study suggests that six elements - customization, environment, goals, feedback, gameplay diversity, and points and progress - play important roles in enhancing immersion and learning motivation in language learning games.
