IT networks are evolving rapidly and have shown many new characteristics and are expected to support multiple emerging services. A variety of challenges in networks mean existing management approaches have to improve to match the new challenges and requirements. The techniques update so quickly that lots of new concepts and techniques bring confusions and challenges to users, even for professionals.
