Abstract [en]

"Trust" - with its many alternative meanings - has received much attention in later years. In combination with security issues, trust has been identified as a critical factor for many interorganisational collaboration efforts. Many efforts have also been made to classify trust into various categories or types. However, there are so many of these classifications available, which have resulted in a lack of overview in the area. This paper addresses the gap in research and presents an overview of trust types with their internal relations. A total of 29 different trust types were identified and included in the analysis. The results include a model of the types and their relations, as well as a meta-classification.
