Abstract [sv]

Detta arbete utfördes med syftet att driva ett förbättringsarbete vid Aurobays motorfabrik i Skövde. En manuellt hanterad multipeldragare som fäster en givare med tre skruvar samt läser dess matrixkodönskades implementeras i en automatisk monteringsstation i samma produktionsflöde. För att denna förbättring ska möjliggöras behövdes en fästanordning för dragaranordningen konstrueras. En kritisk aspekt i arbetet var ett krav på att dragaranordningen skulle vara rörlig för att undvika kontakt med befintliga delar av den automatiska monteringsstationen. Detta projekt följde produktutvecklingsprocessen, från konceptuell design, till val av lämpliga maskinelement, samt slutligen till strukturella hållfasthetsberäkningar. Det ingick också val av lämpliga maskinelement för att möjliggöra denna rörelse. Resultatet av arbetet, i form av ett digitalt lösningsförslag samt tillverkningsunderlag i form av ritningar, lade grunden för Aurobays implementering av förbättringsarbetet i verkligheten.

Abstract [en]

This work was carried out with the aim of conducting improvement work at Aurobays engine factory in Skövde. A manually operated multiplescrewdriver that attaches a sensor with three screws and reads its matrix code aimed to be implemented in an automatic assembly station of the same production line. For this improvement, a fastening device for the screwdriver device had to be designed. A critical aspect of the work was a requirement that the screwdriver device should be movable in order to avoid contact with existing parts of the automatic assembly station. This project follows the product development process, from conceptual design to the selection of suitable machine elements, and finally to structural strength calculations. The result of the work, in the form of a digital solution proposal, forms a foundation for Aurobays implementation of the improvement work in reality.
