Abstract [sv]

Bakgrund: Cannabis bland ungdomar är ett stort folkhälsoproblem med enorma

konsekvenser för samhället. Senaste åren har cannabis blivit allt mer vanligt och ökar

kraftigt.

Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att ta reda på vilka evidensbaserade

metoder som finns för behandling av cannabis för ungdomar och unga vuxna, i

åldrarna 13-24 år.

Metod: En litteraturstudie där 10 vetenskapliga artiklar har granskats och

presenterats.

Resultat: Flera evidensbaserade metoder finns vid behandling av cannabis för

ungdomar och unga vuxna. MI, KBT, MDFT och MET påvisar ett effektivt resultat

på sikt (12 månader). MDFT har även vistats effektiv vid svårare fall av cannabis.

Slutsats: MI, KBT, MDFT och MET är bra behandlingsmetoder mot cannabis för

ungdomar. Det krävs förebyggande interventioner för ungdomar mot cannabis i tidig

ålder.

Abstract [en]

Background: Cannabis among adolescents is a major public health problem with

enormous consequences for society. Recent years, cannabis has become increasingly

common and is increasing rapidly.

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine which evidence-based methods that are

available for the treatment of cannabis for youth and young adults, aged 13-24 years.

Method: A literature review of 10 scientific articles have been reviewed and

presented.

Results: Several evidence-based methods is the treatment of cannabis for youth and

young adults. MI, CBT, MDFT, and MET demonstrates effective results in the long

term (12 months). MDFT has also remained effective in severe cases of cannabis.

Conclusion: MI, CBT, MDFT, and MET are good treatments for cannabis for young

people. It requires preventive interventions for adolescents to cannabis at an early age.
